PWC does not offer instant account set up to help deter spammers. We normally will send out account confirmation with in 24 hours of the sign up request. Here is a small overview of the steps taken when we receive a new sign up.
- Customer sign up is received.
- Sales Department runs a variety of checks to against different resources to ensure the sign up is authentic and the application is not from a known spammer and or malicious person.
- We send a verification email to client.
- Client logs into our billing system and inputs the verification number.
- Number is cross referenced against our records.
- Client is notified of approval status.
- If approved we will request payment of initial balance.
- Once payment is received and confirmed account will be created immediately and a welcome email will be issued and you will be welcomed to the Pampa Web Family.
While we realize that this process is a bit lengthy, the above steps are part of our security policy to protect our clients and equipment.
